International orders are shipped via DHL and shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the order value per the table below.
Please note we currently do not ship to Russia and Indonesia.
- We aim to process un-branded orders within 1 business day. Refer to our Same Day Order Dispatch promise below for more information.
- Delivery to you can take between 7-10 business days depending on your region.
- You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped from Cargo Crew, so you can follow your order until it arrives at its destination.
- Bulk orders that require branding will take longer, and delivery times may vary depending on your destination and customs. You will be provided a timeframe with your quote and our team will advise when your order is ready to ship.
Speak to our team if you require an estimate for your order's transit time. During busy periods (i.e. Christmas) please allow for extra delivery time.

If your order includes a Pre-Order item, please note that we will ship your entire order when the Pre-Order item is available.

What currency do you charge orders in?
Cargo Crew is an Australian business and charge all orders in Australian Dollar (AUD) currency.
How does your online Currency Conversion work?
The international currency rates shown (United States Dollar, Great British Pound, Euro and New Zealand Dollar) are converted from Australian Dollars via WebServiceX on a 3 month moving average rate.
It is important to note that this price is indicative only. Your financial institution may use a different conversion rate to that outlined, and they may charge additional conversion fees which is unfortunately out of our control.
For the most accurate conversion rate, please switch to Australian Dollars and reference the listed price with your financial institution for your current exchange rates.
You can visit our Shop & Showroom at 4 Scholar Drive, Bundoora VIC 3083. We are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, where we have our full range on hand to try on and purchase.
We stock our full range right here onsite at our Cargo Crew HQ warehouse in Melbourne, Australia. This means we can be laser-focused on getting your orders out as quick as a flash!
Online orders placed by 12:00pm AEST Monday-Friday are also guaranteed to be dispatched the same day.
