International Shipping Information

International orders are shipped via DHL and shipping costs are calculated by weight and destination. Please refer to the Estimate Shipping & Tax calculator in your shopping bag for an approximate delivery cost to your region.

Customs, duties and fees may be incurred and are not included in the shipping calculation.

Please note we currently do not ship to Russia, Indonesia and Kuwait.

• We aim to process un-branded orders within 1 business day. Refer to our Same Day Order Dispatch promise below for more info.
• Delivery to you can take between 7-10 business days depending on your region. 
• You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped from Cargo Crew, so you can follow your order until it arrives at its destination.
• Please note, bulk orders that require branding will take longer, and delivery times may vary depending on your destination, customs and duties. You will be provided a timeframe with your quote and our team will advise when your order is ready to ship.

Please speak to our team if you require an estimate for your order's transit time. During busy periods (i.e. Christmas) please allow for extra delivery time. 

CURRENCY DUTIES & TAXES

All payments made on the Online Store will be charged in AUD currency. GST is added to the order total for all shipments within Australia.

The international currency rates shown (United States Dollar, Great British Pound, Euro, and New Zealand Dollar) are converted from Australian Dollars via WebServiceX on a 3-month moving average rate. For orders to countries outside of Australia, GST is removed.

For selected countries, Cargo Crew charges international duties & tax fees at check out (Delivery Duty Paid, DDP), which means you will not have to pay additional fees when your order arrives in your country. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. These are added to your order total at checkout.

This charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes:

1. The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases from Australia; and

2. Duties charged for processing by your country.

We ship to the following Countries with Delivery Duty Paid:

United States, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Canada, United Kingdom, Cayman Islands, France, Singapore, Italy, Japan, Ireland, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, and Oman.

Should you wish to return an item, Cargo Crew does not refund the international duties and taxes paid at the time of checkout.

If a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) destination is selected at checkout duties and taxes will be payable upon your order arriving in your country. This will be noted in the checkout process. For these countries, we are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information contact your local customs office.

Any orders refused upon delivery at either the final destination or customs, will have the charged shipping fees deducted from the refunded amount and be subject to a 30-day return processing time.

Cargo Crew does not cover the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty and we do not refund initial shipping charges or taxes & duties for goods returned, other than for faulty items.

If you would like a shipping quote on a bulk order, please add the desired items into your cart and navigate to your Shopping Bag where you will find an 'Estimate Shipping & Tax' calculator. Enter your delivery details and select Estimate to generate the shipping cost. Choose the shipping method and select UPDATE TOTAL for total the cost of your order.

The rate is caluclated based on weight and quantity of our product and can be updated as you add more to your shopping bag. 

Please note: Customs, duties and fees may be incurred once the shipment reaches your country and are not included in the shipping calculation.

Please be aware that we try to ship orders when all items are available to dispatch – rather than part shipping your order. This means that if your shopping cart contains a Pre-Order item, your order will be shipped in full only when the Pre-Order item becomes available.

Please contact us if you have Pre-Order items as part of your purchase and would like the available items to be shipped separately.

The COVID-19 crisis is having an impact on the global aviation industry, resulting in significant reductions or complete cancellation of passenger flights in most countries. This among other factors is impacting the charges for DHL and therefore they need to charge additional rates during this time.

DHL Emergency Situation Surcharge 

Sending from Cargo Crew Australia to:
Asia - $1.50 AUD per KG
Rest of the world - $0.35 AUD per KG

*Please note: This isn't a Cargo Crew charge, but directly by DHL and will be calculated at checkout and included in your total international shipping cost.
