One of the most important and distinctive ways Dulux could bring this philosophy to life in their stores was via their uniform. The search was on – build a modern uniform that was a perfect extension of the Dulux brand and ethos. At the same time, the functional brief was to ensure the uniform was versatile enough to suit the many varied roles of the Dulux Sales Team, from instore to the board room.
We created a multi-piece uniform range that allowed for the diverse roles within the Dulux Sales Team to mix and match pieces that worked for every situation – from client meetings to walking the show floor. We believe good design puts functionality at its heart, so we made sure that the individual garments would work for the daily physical challenges of the sales team, including extra body length in shirts for free movement and reach, and fabric that is easy-care, breathable and sweat-masking.
Our re-imagined wardrobe for Dulux resulted in a uniform that the team loved to wear, while ensuring the Dulux brand and its ethos of “imagining a better place” was authentically reflected in the overall look.
To inspire Team Dulux to get the most out of their new, versatile wardrobe, we produced a beautiful Dulux Sales Team Uniform Lookbook that served as both a uniform catalogue and style guide, helping to seamlessly roll out the uniform across Australia & New Zealand with greater ease, engagement and consistency.
